Ever since Chris was 12 years old he knew that he wanted to be a chef. He has a great passion for food and enjoys his time in the kitchen now as much as he did then. He have lived, trained and worked around the world and constantly updates his knowledge of food.
We live in a marvelous corner of the world and work closely with local producers to bring dishes to the table that are local, fresh and flavoursome to be complimented by wines that are from the local wine regions.
Business Point of Difference: The pride of serving meals made from scratch with no preservatives or improvers. The pride of being able to avoid serving mass produced produce which is removed from its natural state. We enjoy being able to provide delicious meals which still take into consideration the flexibility needed for persons who have special dietary requirements or allergies.

Dinner – 5:00 – 8:00
